The company Anteeo – Łukasz Izbaner is looking for a Product Supplier – for order number 2_05_2018 as part of the implementation of the project entitled ‘Application of artificial intelligence (AI) methods combined with the Internet-of-Things (IOT) concept for measuring and controlling energy management in buildings’ co-financed by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in accordance with agreement no 47/2018/Wn02/NE-oa-ku/D dated 16.03.2018.

Workstation equipment
1. Office chairs:
- Quantity – 6 pcs.
- New, not ex-display
- soft, upholstered seat;
- mesh backrest;
- backrest swivels synchronously with the seat in a 2:1 ratio;
- 20˚ of tilting angle for backrest, 11˚ for the seat;
- seat and backrest can be locked in 5 positions;
- backrests cannot hit the user's back;
- smooth height adjustment of the chair with a pneumatic lift;
- backrest resistance strength adjustment;
- seat height adjustment;
- seat depth adjustment;
- armrests adjustable in 3 dimensions;
- fixed, upholstered headrest;
- self-locking castors for carpeted or hard surfaces;
- aluminium base or better;
- the chair should have a certificate confirming that no substances harmful to health were used during the entire manufacturing process of the fabric(s).
2. Service of adaptation and upgrading of existing workstations:
- quantity - 3 sets;
- replacement of existing worktops;
- planning and design of organised space to house power cables.
Workshop equipment
1. Workbench;
One solid new workbench, with the following parameters:
- Quantity – 1 pcs.
- new, not ex-display;
- dimensions 200x70x85h;
- frame made of 40x40 closed profile with the thickness of 2.0mm and 20x40 with the thickness of 1.5mm
- table top made of beech plywood 40mm thick
- table legs equipped with levelling feet;
- with a cabinet with 3 drawers x 160;
- equipped with perforated wall of 162cm height (3 panels 90cm each)
- with additional containers and organisers:
- 20 0.5 l containers with dimensions 157 x 101 x 74 [mm];
- 5 1.6 l containers with dimensions of 224 x 144 x 108 [mm];
- Hangers for the perforated panel: 1x zinc-plated for socket spanners; 1x zinc-plated for spanners, 2x zinc-plated for screwdrivers; 2x zinc-plated for drill bits, 1x zinc-plated universal 160 mm type C; 1x zinc-plated universal 150 mm type UW
- Warranty for 36 months.
Submission and selection of the best tender
1. Deadline for submission of tenders: 18.05.2018.
2. Companies able to issue a VAT invoice for the execution of the contract can participate in the bidding procedure.
3. The execution of the order and delivery of equipment to the registered office of Anteeo must take place by 22.06.2018.
4. The warranty for the presented equipment is included in the detailed data.
5. The selection of the best tender submitted will be based on the following two components:
a) the value of the order: 90%;
b) the order delivery date calculated from the date of issuing the order or signing the contract: 10%.

7. Information on the selection of the best tender after approval will be
provided to bidders by telephone or e-mail.
8. If none of the tenders meets the technical and commercial requirements, the Ordering Party reserves the right to choose the tender which best meets the requirements of the Ordering Party.
9. Partial tenders are not allowed.
10. Questions and comments regarding the request for quotation should be sent by e-mail to biuro@anteeo.com.pl.
11. Payment for the delivered order will be executed within 14 days from the date of issuing a VAT invoice.
12. A signed VAT invoice will serve as confirmation of delivery of the order to the registered office of Anteeo – Łukasz Izbaner.
13. The Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the duration of the bidding procedure without giving any reason.
