Submitted tenders and selection of the best tender
Three tenders were submitted as part of the initiated bidding procedure number 2/05/2018.
Each of the submitted tenders met the following requirements:
- the deadline for submission of the tender;
- the possibility of issuing a VAT invoice by the bidder;
- declaration of order execution until 22.06.2018;
- warranty for the presented equipment.
The tenders were submitted by the following companies:

The selection of the best tender submitted was made on the basis of two components:
a) the order delivery date calculated from the date of issuing the order or signing the contract: 10%, in which each tender presented the same contract delivery date based on the maximum date described in the tender procedure.
b) the value of the order: 90%; in which the tender presented by the company Biuro Handlowo-Usługowe PRO-CENT Dominik Karczewski, ul. Żmudzka 26, 85-028 Bydgoszcz won.
