1. The purpose of the adopted privacy policy and use of cookies on the website.
1.1. This Privacy and Cookies Policy governs the principles of personal data processing and the collection and use of information about users on the website under the domain anteeo.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as: ’the Website’). The controller of personal data is Anteeo – Laboratorium Zastosowań Informatyki Łukasz Izbaner, ul. Dworcowa 35, 86-010 Koronowo (hereinafter: Controller).
1.2. The personal data entrusted by the User shall be processed to the extent necessary only for the performance of services, contact and analytical purposes, i.e.:
1.2.1. concluding an agreement for the provision of services rendered electronically, shaping its content, modification and termination;
1.2.2. execution of orders placed by the User for products from the assortment of the Website, including contact with the User necessary for the execution of the order;
1.2.3. handling of complaints of the User;
1.2.4. for information purposes in order to answer questions asked by the User;
1.2.5. for statistical and research purposes.
By clicking on the option available before submitting the enquiry ‘I agree to send me marketing information, including sending commercial information electronically’, the User's personal data will then also be processed by the Website in order to transmit information about providing free of charge newsletters containing information about the offer. Providing personal data is voluntary in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The User may request his/her data to be deleted at any time.
1.3. Please be informed that the Website may contain references - links enabling, in case of clicking on them, reaching other websites managed by other administrators. The Administrator of this Website has no influence on the privacy policy or cookie policy of those administrators and is not responsible for them. Therefore, we urge the User to familiarise themselves with the privacy policy of these websites and the use of cookies.
2. Data collected about users on the Website, including personal data, how it is used, the User's rights.
When visiting our Website, data about the User can be made available in two ways: passively and actively.
Passively collected data is information automatically recorded by the website – anonymous information concerning the time of the User's visit, IP address, URL address, browser type (the so-called system logs, number of visits, device data, browser language, operating system type.
The automatically collected data is analysed for the purpose specified in point 1.2.5 using Google Search Console and Google Analytics. The Website also collects User geolocation data in order to verify from which place (continent, country, city) the User makes contact. If it is not possible (even forbidden) to deliver services or order to or from the User's location, placing an order will not be possible and the User will receive an appropriate feedback message.
The data collected in the way described above is stored only for the purpose of supporting the administration of the Website, enabling its efficient functioning and applying User-friendly solutions. We assure that the information is not disclosed to anyone else except persons authorised to administer the Website.
2.1. The data collected by the Website is also the data actively submitted by the User.
2.1.1. In order to make an enquiry, the User may complete the order form once, without prior registration and logging, by filling in his/her name, e-mail address and telephone number. The aforementioned data is processed only for the time necessary for the execution of the order and is not made available by the Controller to third parties. After completing the order, the data is deleted.
2.1.2. The Website makes it possible to contact the Website by means of:

When contacting using one of the above-mentioned methods, you provide your first name, surname, e-mail address, nickname, telephone number. The data is used only and exclusively for the contact purpose specified in point 1.2.4, i.e. preparation of an answer to the question asked by the User.
2.1.3. The Website makes it possible to subscribe to the newsletter available in the ‘Contact’ tab. When subscribing to the newsletter, the User provides data such as: the e-mail address. The above data is used only to send the User our newsletter.
2.1.4. At any time, the User has the right to inspect the data processed by the Controller, the right to request its change as well as its deletion. For this purpose, you should send an e-mail with a request to delete your data to the following e-mail address: biuro@anteeo.com.pl or send a registered letter to the following address: Anteeo Łukasz Izbaner, ul. 2.1.5. The user may at any time resign from the newsletter by sending an e-mail with a request to be removed from the newsletter to the following address: biuro@anteeo.com.pl.
3. Cookies and how they are used
3.1. When using the Website, small files are stored on the User's terminal equipment, in particular text files which contain information making it possible to remember activity, including time and number of activities (hereinafter: ‘cookies’). Cookies also enable the collection of statistical data referred to in 1.2.5.
3.2. Cookies do not contain data identifying a User, which means that on their basis it is not possible to establish the User's identity. Saved files used by the Website are not in any way harmful to the User or the device and do not interfere with the User's software or settings.
3.3. Types of cookies:
We use the following types of cookies on the Website:
- temporary (session) are files that are temporarily stored in the browser memory; they remain in the browser memory until the session ends (the browser is switched off),
- permanent cookies which remain in the browser memory for as long as the browser settings selected by the user allow it,
- own files – they come directly from the visited website,
- external which come from outside the visited website (e.g. Google Analytics),
- necessary to enable the use of the services available on the website,
- advertising making it possible to deliver advertising content tailored to the user's interests.
To clarify the functions of the files used, we inform you that:
⎯ session files are temporary files that are stored on the User's device until the User leaves the Website, including by closing the browser completely.
3.4. We would like to remind you that as a rule, the default settings of browsers are set to allow the storage of cookies.
