Measurements and data visualisation

For many years we have been developing telemetry systems and software to collect and visualise measurement data.

Regardless of the nature of the measured phenomenon, we are able to select the appropriate class of equipment and communicate with it in order to acquire and save data. The database is each time adapted to the nature of the measurement in order to ensure, on the one hand, documentation of the source data and, on the other hand, to offer efficient performance in processing and visualisation of the recorded values. We specialise in the development of software for the measurement of energy consumption and other media, but we often also implement systems documenting other physical quantities, for example:

  • temperature, humidity, air pollution;

  • water consumption, movement of people and vehicles, handling of bulk goods;

  • work cycles and machine wear;

  • efficiency of production lines and dosing of materials (liquid or loose).

The essence of the systems created in this way is the combination of three functions:

  1. Ongoing visualisation of the process, which allows quick decision-making and reaction to undesirable situations.

  2. Analysis and reporting of historical data, which makes it possible to document the actual state and to trace the changes which have led to specific situations (and often also to estimate the costs associated with these processes).

  3. Reacting with control signals, which enables immediate reaction in a situation of exceeding pre-set threshold values or even a forecast of exceeding (early reaction based on a trend, before the process reaches critical values).

Telemetry understood in this way, as cooperation of many devices collecting data and controlling processes within one IoT platform, is our know-how, which we offer not only to industrial organisations, but above all to R&D departments, academic units and public administration. Everywhere where visualisation and analytics can support optimisation measures and rapid reactions in critical situations.
